Damages and Issues
If you received the wrong product, incorrect print, or your product is defective, we will gladly replace it for you. Please let us know any details and provide photos within 48 hours of receiving your order with the form linked here, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Every item at The Printed Gift is custom-made just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been printed. That’s why we offer a proofing process, giving you the opportunity to review and approve your design before it’s produced.
Your custom artwork will be printed exactly as approved. Please review your proof carefully for spelling, placement, and design details before confirming.
If your order arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof, please follow the steps outlined above in Damages and Issues.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on correctly printed custom items or gift cards.
Shipping Damages and Loss
If the package is lost:
We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we are happy to reprint and ship your order within our normal production timeframe. Please note expedited shipping is not included.
Tracking shows “Delivered” but not received:
We will start a claim with the carrier and also ask that you check with neighbors or nearby delivery areas, as carriers sometimes leave packages in alternate locations. If the claim is approved, we will reprint and reship your order. If the claim is denied, we are not able to provide a complimentary reprint.
Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of both the packaging and the product. With this, we will file a claim with the carrier and reprint your order within our normal production timeframe. Expedited shipping is not included.
Reporting Timeframe:
To ensure we can help, please report any issues within 24–72 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier. Reports made outside this timeframe may not qualify for a replacement.
Sales, Promo Code Coupons & General Store Policies:
Promo Codes:
You may only use one promo code per order. Promo codes are not to be combined, are non-transferable, and may have exemptions or requirements in order to be successfully redeemed. Promo codes are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges are based on the cart total after all promo codes have been applied.
Changes to Orders After Proof Approval:
Once your design proof has been approved, your order immediately moves into production. At this stage, we cannot guarantee that changes to your design, product selection, or order details (including shipping address) can be made. If you contact us right away, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but please understand that changes may not be possible once printing has begun.
10 Day Proofing Window:
If proofs are not approved in 10 business days our team may auto-approve your order so as to not delay your shipment.
