Holiday Order Deadline
Christmas 2026
Order in Time for Christmas
Every Printed Gift is made especially for you. Because we prepare your design, send you a proof, and print your gift after approval, there are a few important dates to keep in mind when ordering for Christmas.
Order by December 15 so our team has time to prepare and send your proof.
Approve your proof by December 17 for the best chance of Christmas delivery.
Select an eligible expedited shipping method for the best chance of arrival before Christmas.
Your order does not enter production until your proof is approved. Once approved, our typical production time is 2–3 business days. During the busy holiday season, due to shipping carrier processing delays or weather delays, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
How the Christmas Order Timeline Works
Our personalized gifts go through a proofing process before they are printed, so be sure to watch your email after placing your order.
Already Ordered? Watch for Your Proof
We'll email your proof within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Please review it as soon as you receive it. Your order does not enter production until your proof is approved. For the best chance of Christmas delivery, approve your proof no later than December 17.
A Note About Christmas Delivery
We know how important it is to have your gifts in hand for Christmas, and our team will be working hard to get holiday orders produced and on their way as quickly as possible.
Orders approved by December 17 will enter our normal 2–3 business day production process, but holiday order volume may affect processing times. For orders placed near the deadline, be sure to select an eligible expedited shipping method at checkout.
Once your package is with the shipping carrier, its delivery timeline is outside of our control. The holiday season is one of the busiest times of year for carriers, and weather, high package volume, and carrier processing delays may affect delivery.
Because of these factors, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery, even when you order and approve your proof by the recommended deadlines. We are unable to refund, replace, or otherwise compensate orders for shipping carrier delays outside of our control.
Our Elves Are Taking a Holiday Break 🎄
Our printing facility will be closed December 25 through January 1 to give our elves a much-needed holiday break. Orders, proof approvals, and revision requests received during our closure will begin processing when our team returns after the New Year.
Holiday Ordering Questions
Does ordering by December 15 guarantee Christmas delivery?
No. December 15 allows time for our team to prepare and send your proof. Your proof should also be approved by December 17, and an eligible expedited shipping method should be selected at checkout. Production and carrier delays may still affect the final delivery date.
Why do I need to approve my proof by December 17?
Your order does not enter production until your proof is approved. Our typical production time is 2–3 business days, so approving your proof promptly gives your order the best chance of being produced and shipped in time for Christmas.
What if I order by December 15 but don't approve my proof by December 17?
We'll still produce your order once your proof is approved, but it will no longer fall within our recommended Christmas timeline and should not be expected to arrive before Christmas.
When will my order ship?
Once your proof is approved, our typical production time is 2–3 business days. Your order will ship after production is complete and you will receive a shipping confirmation email upon fulfillment to track your order. During the busy holiday season, production timelines may vary, so we cannot guarantee a specific ship date.
Do I need expedited shipping?
If you're ordering near our Christmas deadline, we recommend selecting an eligible expedited shipping method at checkout for the best chance of arrival before Christmas. Available methods and estimated transit times will be shown during checkout.
What happens if the shipping carrier delays my package?
Weather, high holiday package volume, and carrier processing delays may affect transit times after your order ships. These delays are outside of our control, so we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery or provide refunds, replacements, or other compensation for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
What if I order after December 15?
You're still welcome to order! We'll prepare your proof and produce your gift as quickly as possible, but orders placed after December 15 should not be expected to arrive before Christmas.
Will you be open between Christmas and New Year's?
Our printing facility will be closed December 25 through January 1. Orders, proof approvals, and revision requests received during our holiday closure will begin processing when our team returns after the New Year.
Production and shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Holiday order volume, weather, carrier processing delays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery timing.
